200km/week is nuts. The conditioning must be such a challenge!

Thing is, her "easy" runs are probably 6:30/mile. While most of us mortals would be going all out to manage that kind of pace.

I run every other day and that translates to roughly 40km a week. I can't imagine running more often, I need a day rest to not feel like sh*t. How do people do this without falling apart? :D
