Ingredients:
180 g rolled oats / 2 US cups
2 bananas (290 g without peel)
2 tbsp carob powder / or cocoa
100 ml almond milk (or your favorite) /1/2 cup
100 g dark chocolate (without added sugar) / 3.5 oz
1 tsp coconut oil
20 g chopped walnuts / 2 1/2 US tablespoons.
put in the fridge for 2 h
decorate with your favorite fruits
coconut flakes (optional)
