First month I notice an improvement in strength. By second month I notice my muscles were bigger. You are right creatine is the closest thing we can get to steroids without any serious side effects

I was 43 when i started creatine. Im now 65 and have never suffered any negative side effects. One thing ill tell you tho, first time users will notice a signifacant amount of strength. In the past i discontinued creatine for awhile and resumed again to see if id get that power surge, not happening. Regardless tho. I still feel much better when i supplenent with creatine. (Stay away from sarms young guys, not good)

You have to train your ear some of these guys I listen to it 2.0 times and they sound normal. Most of them I do it 1.5. But I’m getting real good at 1.75. Just a heads up that you can increase and train your ear to listen to a faster pace

Been using creatine for 1 month exactly, and I’ve noticed my muscles more full, larger and harder when I flex. I do workout 5 days a week and so far I’m super happy. I’m using hydrochloride version though

Yes create works for building muscle and increase strength and the downside creatine cause anxiety and extreme anger and sleeping problems, cause it mess with your calmness

I've used Creatine monohydrate and seen great results (massive pump without a doubt), but I had some choking issues... that's why I stopped. Earlier, I thought it's Multivitamins tablets, but it was Creatine.
