I highly recommend adding creatine to your tea.
1. It dissolves better in hot water.
2. You drink more tea (provided that you take a lot of creatine daily), which has its own health benefits. I recommend green tea.
3. It isn't as bitter as in water.

I've been on creatine for over a year, taking 5 grams a day at least 28 days each month (sometimes i forget or get lazy) . It has made me way stronger than before starting taking it, but now a days my progress in very slow .And no negative affects on my health, except i feel sometimes like my blood pressure increases a little bit, and don't know if it's Creatine or anything else . Anyone else ?

The Summary at the end of the video is a nice addition. Always liked that feature in other videos.

And I haven't said so before, but I like the video game style Health Bars featured regularly in videos to show some increase in quantity of a variable, in this case, Creatine Saturation. Particularly the animation showing 3g vs 20g and their relative speeds in achieving saturation.

The new shop is dope and I can't wait to get my shirt in the mail.

August 5 2020 first day took 5 grams pre along with pre workout and 5 grams after. Let’s say I usually do 15 reps per set I did 20 reps per set will increase reps every 7 days and keep y’all posted

When I stared taking creatine I was 35 years old, after taking for 3 months I become 38 years old. When I stopped taking it I went back to 35 years old.

Took Creatine HCL for a while, switched to monohydrate. After 2-3 weeks on it, started getting random heart palpitations. I'm in great shape and have no diagnosed heart problems, but not going back to it after that.

I recently bought creatine, I’ve always taken BCAAS and protein (no preworkout, coffee is enough 😅) so this video is really helpful. I find that bcaas help me a lot along with protein powder to reach my daily protein intake, now I’ll give creatine a try cause after 3+ years of training gaining muscle I’d getting hard
