6 exercises total | Each Exercise you will work for 45 seconds, between each exercise there is a 15 second break. Use this time to hydrate and get ready for your next movement . Once all are done you will repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
Exercise breakdown:
1. 45 seconds | Row to Lunge Press (15 second break)
2. 45 seconds | Overhead Swing (15 second break)
3. 45 seconds | Level Swing (15 second break)
4. 45 seconds | Water Curl (15 seconds break)
5. 45 seconds | Alternating Bent Row (15 second break)
6. In and Out Core Crusher (15 second break)
Repeat | Rounds 5 .
