I’m 6’3 and 200lbs is barely enough to not look like a twig. This dude is definitely closer to 240lbs.

I use bodyweight exercises, but if I got strong enough where I have to do sets of 50 dips I would just get a backpack and fill it with bags of sand, sounds like it would both save time and be more effective, I don't see much reason to do ultra high reps unless you feel like that's the thing you want to do (more due to personal reasons than results).

I'm 6'3, and when I lifted faithfully years back, I plateaued at 210 looking jacked. Life happened and got sidelined 10 yrs ago after a bad auto accident. I'm 260 now, but look smaller than I did at 210. Muscle weighs more than fat and definitely carries better. After these 10 yrs of surgeries, rehabs, and misery, I'm excited to get back to it. It's never too late.

I'm 6'1, I'm at 195 with calisthenics shit. I use a 50lb backpack and slow eccentrics and that's about it

I’m 6’3 and weigh 213. Spent a good majority in the military and still train similarly with body weight exercises.. rucking, running, burpees and pull-ups, mostly. I do hit some weights but if my diet is on point I can get pretty jacked. The only difference between me and Reacher is he uses TRT.

Body proportions and skeletal shape can drastically change how you look to others.
I'm 6'1" and have a v body shape naturally. When i was at 170 cut, most people guessed my weight in the mid 190's because i have a really small waist (30" when cut) and very broad shoulders.
That alone can give the perception of having a lot more muscle than you actually do.

Reacher's a genetic freak - 6'5", 250, eats crap food, doesn't exercise other than walking, fighting, and occasional manual labor, and he's built like a superhero.

He was talking about the past here. He WAS 205 at 6' - 3". 205 pounds at 6' - 3" is totally achievable with decent genetics and bodyweight exercises. I don't think anyone sees him as 205 pounds right now. I'm thinking close to 260 now.

Just a mistake. Alan's talked a lot about being in the gym, doing a little of every machine and finding what worked for him and what didn't. And then talking about maintaining muscles for roles once earned in the gym. Calisthenics helps loads with that.
