Nice to learn a new trick on uninstalling and re-installing MS Store and Xbox, however this didn't work for me. Unfortunately, this happens to me about once every 6 months--I cannot launch Flight Simulator and it's because the Store stops working--I get some combo of "network request failed". Every other guides I've followed has been no use either. I've easily invested over 80 hours trying to fix this issue in the past. I've had this problem multiple times in the past, including on two other computers as well. I've found no solution other than to wait 2 weeks and then it will start working again on its own. In any case, I'm never buying a game through MS Store again...

Hi, this seemed like the most "different" video I had seen so far, and I had high hopes however it still did not help. Just for some background, I had not used my laptop in a while and when I tried to use it again, I could open the microsoft store, however I could not update any of the apps on the store. I tried a bunch of different methods to fix this, however none of them would allow me to update the apps. Because of this I decided to factory reset my laptop. Now my microsoft store will not even open. When I try to uninstall or reset it via powershell I get an error essentially saying I dont have the required vclibs framework for the store. Now in the present after working through this video I was able to get WingetUI installed however when I try to uninstall anything whether that is microsoft store or xbox, I get an error saying "(Item im trying to uninstall) uninstall failed." Any thoughts on how I can fix this issue? if any other info is needed I would be happy to provide it! Thanks for the info

I get the error 0x80070422 : The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. Know any fix?

It's saying that the xbox installation failed on winget. Could this be because the old xbox app is not supported?

i had an issue where the it wouldnt load the microsoft stores contents, i uninstalled it using a powershell command, after trying other ways to install it had the same issue, i opened the xbox app and downloaded it from their and it worked without the issue coming back
