I was thinking he left the sticker on the cooler 😂

Edit Sep 23rd, 2024: I see a missed oppurtunity here: he has a dual-tower cooler, could've added a seconf fan on the front of it to maybe squeeze another degree or two of cooling.

The greatest technician that’s ever lived could do better, I’m sorry

"-How much thermal paste did you put?"
"-Yes"

I’m always blown away how that tiny little thermal paste made such a GIGANTIC DIFFERENCE

Love the Loud House clip you used at the beginning.

His first mistake was getting an nzxt case that has no front airflow

My brother has this exact case. Two 140mm intake fans make a world of difference in temps, airflow and dust management. Slightly positive air pressure is always best

Thermal paste application is terrifying for me, because you won't know if you've done anything wrong until you fire up the system and you can't really check the application without starting all over again.

With that thermal paste application, hopefully this is the secretary.

This is the reason why benchmark and overclocking is important.

For everyone that is gonna get an LGA1700 CPU or AM5 CPU, there are CPU Contact Frames that let's you replace the little thing that makes the plastic cover fly and scares you. It helps drop a few degrees and only costs 15 dollars maximum. Even if you're gonna get a 12100F, you should consider getting one.

I just find it funny how your own employee couldn’t figure that out

When I bought my i5-12600K, I had already heard about Intel 12th, 13th, and 14th gen chips running ridiculously hot. So I bought a $40 240mm AIO from Thermal Take. That was the best decision I ever made. My in game Temps never exceed 75C @ 5.3 GHz OC of the P-cores. (My E-cores are at 4.2 GHz).

Y’all be living a pipe dream if you think a cpu has to be below 60c while gaming and that 80c on a stress test is bad. Wait until y’all learn more about cpus and how much they are designed to handle. The only people that should care about very low temps is the advanced overclockers that do it for sport if anything else

"He built it at home, don't blame me"
