I did bereavement Councilling a couple of months ago.

people I cared about died.

I think it really did help but as I'm being stressed I keep thinking about it.


They really were upset, kids at time and nobody cared.

I couldn't get help for them

3 years wait and sent away at the Dr.

Times passed

And Im grieving the bad decisions that ricocheted off not helping them.

3 psychologists in a year. In end. Helped. I did the work

Still feeling sad doc. But maybe it's natural to feel sad in my situation. Its not more than that but my joys less

Yeah, losses that society says 'I don't care'
