From 4-5 years, i have observed that whenever I eat cauliflower or cabbage.
I get hypothyroidism, when I avoid eating cauliflower/cabbage it's gets normal again.

Hello, I take levothyroxine, so if I am understanding you correctly, if I take that in the morning, but then eat cruciferous veges for lunch or dinner (way past an hour later from medication), that is OKAY? Or do you mean do not eat them at all if on levothyroxine?
