In this video, we’re going to talk about how cruciferous vegetables detoxify the body.

Cruciferous vegetables are able to help the liver detoxify by supporting phase 1 and 2 enzymatic biotransformations.

This means your body has the ability to dismantle poisons into harmless water-soluble particles.

However, constant exposure to poisons, chemicals, endocrine disruptors causes phase I to speed up, overwhelming phase II enzymes. In turn, this can cause you to experience the symptoms of having a buildup of toxic substances.

Every day, we’re exposed to countless toxic chemicals, including…
• Pesticides
• Herbicides
• Fungicides
• GMO foods
• Plastics
• Cleaning chemicals

I just like to say thanks for all of the info on keto and the intermittent fasting it has been Life changing for me.
I was 112kg with high cholesterol and blood pressure back in 17th of April I'm around 90kg now and still loseing wait.
I spoke to my doctor and I'm off all Meds for cholesterol and blood pressure.
I'm doing healthy keto with 1meal a day And I'm not feeling like I'm starving.

I was taking DIM and started feeling a lump in my throat and bloating. DIM helps to lower estrogen. Estrogen blocks the thyroid hormones. Zinc helped to stop this from happening. Added selenium and now I'm feeling great.

I feel like the student in the front row of the Indiana Jones movie. She is watching Indiana and blinking her eyes...her lids say "I love you." Dr. Berg is wonderful...such a gentle delivery of this info. My gallbladder was kicking up something fierce, I have been having the greens, knocked back the grains and am feeling better. I also am doing apple cider vinegar in the morning with apple juice and bouncing on the mini trampoline.

Ever since I started blending cruciferous veggies, I have seen a huge improvement in my overall health. I just can’t wait to get a real juicer and make it a daily thing. I also pray that my skin which has a lot of hyperpigmentation will clear off and my horrible disgusting PMS will disappear so I get off the toxic Naproxen and Tylenol.
