Wow!!! I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism in June of 2022 I stop using iodized salt like 10 years ago. I will go look fir iodized sea salt today

I have VSG surgery due to obesity in late 2019, and i have bloating & stomach cramping problems with lettuces, salads and any fresh vegetables that are often put on burgers. I have to request for "no veggies" when i order burgers at restaurants.

Every cook on the internet uses sea salt, or Himalayan salt or Celtic Sea salt and they play Down iodized salt is irrelevant or bad. Eat Is iodized salt.
