Your plan sounds great! I am trying to implement weight training in addition to my regular running schedule. I bought a 15 pound kettlebell to start. I love my kettlebell! What kind of weights were you using here in this video? I may be "out of the loop, " but I haven't seen those before! 😍 Also what style of Brooks shoes were those? Are they running shoes? My favorite Brooks shoes are not being made anymore, so I need to do some research on new styles. ♥

Do you workout outside the home at a indoor gym or park with friends or group exercise? That could help with gloominess and effort.
