Absurd but dangerously misleading video. The best long-term health results have been achieved on very low-fat (~10% of calories) plant based diets. But we eat so much fat and junk in the US that what passes for a "low-fat" diet in these studies is virtually always 25-30% calories from fat with lots of processed foods with added salt, sugar, and chemicals. Thus, what they're calling "low-fat" is really a medium fat diet or medium high fat diet with 2.5-3.0 times the fat contents of a truly low fat diet and lots of added junk. Such studies tell us zero about healthy eating.

nice, cheese burgers and bacon for me. that's not going to make me fat and sick right. TERRIBLE ADVISE. can't believe this is still even a question. stay away from fat and refined carbs. fruits vegetables

Just eat plants and have all the carbs you want. No traffic jams in your inside from your body trying to break down other beings flesh coated in salt chilli and sugar.
