I'm 40, trt changed my life for the positive. I was physically depressed, not mentally. Doctors kept trying to put me on anti depression pills. Finally went to a good doctor who put me on trt. I started to be happier, cloudy mind went away, more motivated, lost a ton of weight, and blood pressure went down..

Steroids have been a game-changer in my fitness routine, providing the extra edge I needed to advance more rapidly. When used with careful planning and consideration for overall health, they can be a powerful tool for anyone serious about reaching their peak potential.

Started TRT in Feb at 52 when my levels were below 100 prescribed by my endocrinologist. Tested my levels on Halloween and my total was 1189, free - 181, SHBG - 34, Estrogen 104, Red and White blood cell count all within range with zero sides. I take 80mg per week and have never felt better. I do eat clean, lift heavy and walk 3 miles per When done correctly and under a doctor's care, TRT is life changing.

Mad respect to Chris. Even with gear, his work ethic is second to none.

I lost my entire reproductive organs on a deployment in Afghanistan. I rely on TRT weekly to maintain healthy levels for my hormone therapy. It helps a lot.

Im 43. I do body weight workouts 5 to 6 days a week religiously. I surf as much as I can, probably 3 to 4 days a week for at least 3 hours a session. I eat extremely healthy. I have more energy then I know what to do with. I recommend going the natural route for as long as possible. Once you start this stuff you cant go back. Eat healthy and workout as much as possible.

Thank god for people like Chris. Too many young guys are jumping on steroids or 'TRT' even though their natural test levels are fine. You can build a great natty physique, there's really no need to do gear unless you want to compete or your income relies on being <10% body fat and ripped all year round. The thing young guys need to understand is for most people it takes time. Sure there's some genetic freaks who blow up at 16 or 17, but for most guys it will take into your mid 20's to develop a good physique. Just keep going, enjoy the journey and the body will start to take shape.

36 just completed 12 weeks on TRT and I’m now just feeling the side effects and all of them positive. My levels were 320 before I started, pretty low and wasn’t feeling so hot. Low energy, low libido, slow muscle growth, weight gain, brain fog, depression etc. definitely agree if you’re 35+ and have Low T doesn’t hurt to give it a go. All my issues were corrected.

I’ve been on TRT for a few years. I’m 36. If you ever have that feeling where your legs feel constantly tired, that’s what it was for me constantly. Once I got on TRT, that feeling completely disappeared. I’m not going to say motivation all of a sudden appeared, but it’s so much easier to go do something and be productive. I also gained about 20lbs since. 😄

You got guys like Sam Sulek who is an absolute monster, just turned 21 and is heavily on the sauce. The guy has a massive following of teenagers on social media who are watching everything he does and copying it. I think social media is responsible for kids taking gear at a young age.

As a 10+ year gym goer i decided i would not take any enhancement or trt unless i was going to compete or medically needed it there's always a side effect.

On TRT because of a pituitary tumor, it really saved my life. Gained 60 lbs, no libido, depression, now the strongest I’ve been in 37 years
