In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Dr. Vishakha Shivdasani in conversation with Raj Shamani. She is a physician, and best-selling author, practising disease reversal and longevity. She also creates content on Instagram to educate and make people aware of various health issues and has 180k+ followers.
In this episode, we talked about fasting, how to do fasting in a healthy way, how much sleep we require to stay healthy, or does it depend on something else.
