Heyyy, I don't really know if this is the right place for this, but I just wanted to thank you for all your workout videos (especially the dance inspired ones) and the effort you put into your work. I can't put in words how much those videos have helped during the pandemic. I already worked out on and off before, but especially in the last months your videos sometimes were the one thing what kept me motivated, happy and what helped me not lose my mind completely. I think the way you present yourself is just so real and honest and it's a big inspiration for many girls out there. Idk what it is that makes your videos more special compared to the amount of other fitness youtubers out there, but please keep doing what you're doing :)))

I love that you just say the real TRUTH, and you really promove MOVE OUR BODIES, your titles does not say "do this work out and get abs", you just say "let's do abs, we can do this guys"

sometimes i forget that i can workout and still love my body. i used to aspire for this "perfect" body but now realise that ill never get there. ill always find one thing that just isn't right. slowly I'm realising that my body doesn't have to change to be beautiful it just is. thank you for helping me through my journey x .

Hi, Maddie. I'm a musical theatre performer, and when the pandemic hit last year I lost all my upcoming gigs. I was in a very dark place. Afraid to go to gyms but knew I needed to upkeep my fitness for when theatre could thrive again. I found your channel and it not only saved me physically but got me feeling mentally uplifted too.
