1. Processed foods/sugar
2. Eating out frequently
3. dehydration
4. too much pop or soda drinks (energy drinks)
5. too much coffee (end me) tea has antioxidants so try more of that
6. not enough healthy fats like nut fats, olive oil
7. sleep 6-10 hrs
8. exercise 20-30 min
9. stress levels/chrososal levels
10. blue light from cell phones and monitors

Hi Chris! This is such great information!! I stopped drinking sodas back in 2005 and don't miss them. I drink a lot of water, so I'm good there. I also eat avocados often, yum! I love my coffee but only have one cup in the morning with my collagen. The biggest one on here that's been rough on me lately (going through the beginning stages of menopause) is sleep. I've started some treatments that are helping there, but it really changed quickly over the past 6 months for me. Prior I didn't have any problem getting my 8 hours. Sorry for the long ramble, thanks again for everything you do here!

Thanks Chris for this advice. I can tick the good (nice) list on most of these, but didn't know about blue devices and sight loss etc. I will keep that in mind. Stress is hard to turn off and sleeping is not always easy. I follow as much of your advice as I can though. I mean, look at the results - gorgeous! xx

The fats is a very important point Chris as most nutrints are actually fat soluble as you mentioned vitamin e d etc also helps absorb the veg phytonutrients up to 20-50x

Bc I dry fast as long as possible each day I suppose you would consider me dehydrated but I myself do not. I listen to my body and only drink electrolyte water. Snacks, 3 meals a day are a non-no. Keto refeeds with no PUFAs. On occasion I have a Bang coffee, it has so little caffeine I dont even think it qualifies as coffee, cant stand the regular hot cup, not even the smell. Workout or walk, yes. Use self-hypnosis rather than the clear your mind of all thoughts meditation, so much easier. Mindfulness the rest of the time. I'm healthy, thin, muscular, have great skin, using my serums much more consistently, all is well. Thx Chris.

I follow all of these. Started back when I started to go thru early menopause at the age of 35yrs old, I was wondering what you think of skipping morning face wash? I also watch Gin Amber & she is a skin care expert, she believes that washing the face before sleep, skipping morning face wash but still do your skin care routine, was wondering what your thoughts were on that
