I used to feel nervous about talking to people or going to events or even going to class or jobs when they were new. Then I realized everyone else mostly feels the same way and stopped let it bothering me. Then I figured I'd have a lost of questions to ask if I noticed someone else feeling like I used to. One of the questions for the really socially awkward ones is... do you want me to stand here with you and not talk? You'd be surprised how happy this makes them. ❤❤❤

Social anxiety feels like everyone is looking at you and conversations feel scary like you're going to be perceived negatively regardless of who it is.

I've had it since I was a kid. I avoid people as much as possible and when I cant I just try to make it as brief as possible and pretend to be normal.
