I’m so proud of you when I see your results I see myself I remember was 264lbs 6 months ago now I’m 171lbs after so much hard work, you need to remember one thing, failure is not the final, it is the first step to success. There is nothing wrong when you failed and try again. In other way round, a lot of patience, determination, dedication and self discipline with endurance is the key to hold on not to fail🔑

This was such a great video!! I lost in 1 year 42lbs. I’m 44 and my body is fitting against me to lose 8 more!! I didn’t work out for for the 1st 8 months and only dieting I lost 30lbs. I regret not working out earlier but now I do!! I wanna do weight lifting as what you say is sooo true!! Women look amazing after weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️

Super helpful. I 100% agree that weight loss is food. I'm in that stage now, Ive been adding in some movement daily too. Slow and steady ❤️❤️ great video!

Okay I loved this video. Your advice to “stop when you feel your best” is exactly what I needed to hear. I’m currently two months into my weight loss journey and I will remember that the whole time!

Love the message at the end; your body will always fluctuate and also we are our own worst critics so its easy to be hard on ourselves

Ahh in our country, the Netherlands, it’s recommended to count 0.8 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight to maintain and 1.2 grams to gain muscle. So for me that’s 52, 2 grams at 67 kg.

Loving your body is so important! I was so skinny throughout my life and in college and then I met my boyfriend and gained almost 100 pounds! I have really noticed myself being really uncomfortable and out of breath really easily. I was always super active throughout my life and involved in sports. I am now 27 and ready to go back to being active just so I can feel better! Getting a desk job and a stressful job definitely didn't help either haha. Thanks for sharing your journey, I will definitely be using some of these tips for myself!

Protein repairs muscle, not necessarily “builds”. Fat keeps you satiated. Just fyi. Carbs give you energy. Balance is key. Choosing nutritious foods is important
