super proud of you man ! i went from 220 to 160 by doing similar things. No excuses, Intermitent Fasting and walking 30 minutes to an hour every single day ! it really works cheers amigo great video !

Last year in August I cut out all sugar beverages, caffeine, and switched to water & milk only. Then I added working out which consisted of 100 to 300 sit ups, 20- 50 push ups, and weight lifting a day. I went from 235 lbs to 204lbs in roughly 3 to 4 months. However, after a bad break up I stopped working out and have been procrastinating for almost a year and now I'm back at 225 lbs. I need to hear the advice man and may God keep blessing you 🙏.

Your skin is glowing, so I think you are clearly drinking more water. You look good, keep it up man. I fell off the horse (keto) after I broke my back in a car accident back in February.

Hey Grant Navarre, I need new clothes. The main reason is that I have lost 70lbs. And all my jean pants don't fit me anymore and my belt is too big. I have only three parts of pants left.

All my clothes are ten to twenty years old. I am working on getting more hours this Peak to buy some new clothes. I walk every morning, 1am/1:30am to be at work 2am. It's like 2 miles and I stop by Royal Farms to get a Sparkling Water.

I have saved so much money this, a nice jump from last year. I am treating myself to some new clothes. Plus, I didn't plan on losing any weight, it just happen. I don't drive and I stop taking cabs to work.

I am about to head to bed, but this is the time I stay up to and get up at 12am to get ready for work and leave. Come sleep again and go back to work for the other shift. Repeat that everyday. Three more weeks left of Peak Season. FedEx need help if anyone looking for a job.

Worst advice ever.
1. Running when your 50 pounds overweight not a good idea. His joints already hurt.
2. Running usually depletes glocogen first not fat. Low intensity is easier to recover, doesn't tap in to glocogen rather uses fat.
3. Weights initially doesn't help much it doesn't burn enough.
4. Cleanses does not help. It just makes you think about food more and makes you lose muscle.
5. He doesn't mention water intake or protein intake (or how much).
6. Combat training again is not a good idea. Injury (which he has finally injured himself). Put it this way when Tyson Fury lost his weight he didn't do it punching a bag. In case you don't know he walked and walked and walked.

Anyway plenty better information from other channels this is plainly the wrong advice.
