I am very happy I was able to do knee drive with arm rotate without falling. Love the standing workout. Day 6 done!

Thank you Svelte team for this 7 day challenge.❤ I agree with the other commenter that the music was off. It just distracted from this wonderful routine. I so appreciate all of the hard work that the team puts in to create all of this content. Thanks everyone!

Love love love. Small movements but effective. I so can feel it. Gonna rest a week and do it all over. So excited for day 7.

Day 6 of the #pilateschallenge is done! This was another fantastic workout for not just the abs but hips and glutes and arms too! That felt like a great challenge! Thanks, coach! I haven't been disappointed yet! #sveltechallenges on point! Will these videos be available for a repeat?
