Thanks a lot, I thought this video will solve my problem. But it didn't. My problem is that whenever I click the check box for "Hidden items", it reverts back to unchecked form again.

It doesn't seem you check the comments too much, but if you could help me--
I used a batch file to lock my folder, which is something that's probably kinda iffy, though very popular. I locked the folder using the batch. I unplugged my drive to let somebody else use it. I'm positive they didn't do anything with the file, but when I plugged it back into my PC, the batch file now won't show the folder anymore. This folder contained ALL of my files on the drive. You can probably see why I'm quite worried. If you've any idea on how to help, I'd appreciate it very much.
