One of my favourite windows app is 'Everything' it searches any file format very quickly, far better than default windows search which is too slow.

This is the problem I personally experienced with North Indian Lecturers, they tend to add Hindi sentences along with their 'English' Lecture which makes things difficult for non-Indian/ South Indian students.

Start11 is really good, you can customize your taskbar and start menu from one app and you can give it any look like rounded corners, transparent taskbar ets also applies on start menu
