Malignant Narcissists don't feel anxiety or remorse about what they do to you, they feel anxiety about what happens to them.

My ex has been diagnosed a psychopath. He NEVER felt anxiety. EVER. Never realized how much he didn’t until the good doctor here gave that litmus test. 💀💀💀💔💔💔

Totally correct. I thought i had a malignant covert but then I realized he did crazy stuff just so he’d feel something. Then he started hating me because I could feel. So he decided to let the inner psycho out just to push my buttons. I’ve never heard him apologize in 40 years.

My co-worker made me realize that with one statement. I was SURE my horrid other co-worker was a psychopath, I ticked off the Hare check list, I was convinced. Then she said: "He's a scared little boy." She summed him up in five words. Then I figured it out: Malignant narcissist with an army of flying monkeys.
Wise beyond her years and a fantastic role model. 👍

Also one of the main difference is Supply. Malignant Narcs still need supply. Which makes sense to understand the foundation of narcs is insecurity.
Psychopaths don't care about that.

I agree 99 percent. And you are right about the anxiety
Unfortunately, they are quick to make a turn about.

That’s right. The shame the narcissist experiences makes them act the way they do. They cannot stand the shame and they’ll do anything to make it go away. Lying m, gas lighting and denial are some of the things they do to protect their fragile ego.

Ok but can't they be both, Dr. Phil? My abuser had both characteristics. He was manipulative, had no conscience, and felt NOTHING for what he was putting me through. And everything was all about him or there was hell to pay. If his lips were moving, he was lying. He tried to kill one of my dogs right in front of me because I would not allow him to make him his. I could go on and on. I spent a year and a half in a level of hell that words cannot explain. I left almost a year ago and I'm still trying to recover mentally.

I can say confidently that these dark “psychopathic” kindof people see this and laugh for a split second in their minds and adjust to it. Now let’s all keep listening to Dr. Phil blabber on about different sources of basic information and and make some taboo topic about it.

I had a very Catholic fiance take communion and then curse their way to the airport. I asked them "as a Catholic, you believe that the Eucharist and wine actually transformed into Christ's body and blood". "Yes" they answered. I stated that it never even made it out of their stomach before using f bombs, continually. They then tried to apologize to me. I said" You are apologizing to the wrong person, you offended God! He needs an apology "
Thankfully, I escaped shortly afterwards!
Definitely was a psychopath, possibly a narcissistic one! I'd rather not think about it though...

i live with a narcisist and i really think his son that lives here is.narcisistic to. I noticed along time ago that his son doesn't get anxiety or stressed about anything what so ever. What is up with I've known this kid since he was 8 years old and he's now 19. Does not seem normal to me for a person to act like everything is no big deal.
