Every coach has thought about what the "other side of the fence" may look like at some point. Curiosity is an indelible part of human nature. You may have the skills you believe are required to be successful on your own, but do you know what your blind spots are? Of course that is a trick question- if you did, they would not call it a "blind-spot!" Today's video is about some key considerations that you should reflect upon before you make a jump. For more on this, be sure to check out the link for my online course VALUED which can walk you through more ways to pressure test your strategy and see if you are making a mistake, or the right choice!

I had no idea what i was going to get myself into when attempting to pursue a career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. This YouTube channel should be studied at universities. Amazing and truthful. It hurts, but it's definitely needed. Thank you, Brett 🙏🏻
