Good evening Gina and the Young family, my aunt passed and she was the only one who made good bread pudding and my sister loved it, so happy you are sharing this recipe.

I can taste it.
I used to work in a restaurant where I made the bread pudding. I asked my boss about adding raisins but he said only a small percentage of people like raisins so we didn't use them. I like raisins. It was a French/American restaurant so it was served with a whiskey sauce that I also prepared. I prefer it without whiskey so I like the sound of that vanilla sauce
