One very important point that many people leave out is for women not to eat like a bodybuilder which is the key ingredient that causes most women to bulk.

Can you do a video on flaxseed oil, fish oils, and how to take them? (Pill vs liquid). Some people also say that it must be sold refrigerated but many stores just sell it on the shelves.

Milk only provides calcium, that metabolism uses inside bone structure. It wont make them stronger by itself though. Milk (or any product containing *calcium*) won't make your bones much bigger by itself, and it won't make your bones stronger either unless the bones are stressed when the calcium is available (that means you have to exercise or put stress on your bones) - compound exercises like benchpress, squats, deadlifts, bent over rows are perfect for that!

I think it all depends on who you are. Everybody is different. Some girls gain muscle really quickly, and big. Others don't.

Well I do a lot of bodyweight training and I gain muscle so easily. I have bat wings and I'm only 4 feet 11. I don't look like I'm too muscular unless I flex. But honestly, I look better than when I was skinnier.

I think inches means size... "if I lift weights I'll get bigger". Not necessarily "fat".

Women who lift their own bodyweight or more (benchpress, squats etc.) - and i mean ratio of 1.0-2.0, they dont look like mass monster. Sexy is the word you are looking for to describe them.

YURI!!!! watch Tracy Anderson and what she says about dumbbells! I have 3lb dumbbells and you should see the workout that I do with them!! It's really really crazy and hard. Lifting heavy weights bulks you up (she says). I also do pole fitness and have to lift my whole body weight constantly and my arms get HUGE. Seriously. You should talk to more women. Sorry, I just don't agree with this info. Ladies, be careful! Thanks.

lol it's pole fitness. I have a university degree and 2 diplomas. One in yoga and the other in personal training. I got my information from Tracy Anderson, so you should reply to her, not me as she is a famous PT. No need to be mean. At least I have an education and was raised as a decent human being. I feel sorry for you.

actually bar brothers doesn't even use supplements. hodge twins doesnt use any steroids either there is also strenghcamp and furious pete. the list can go on forever people very rarely use steroids. I bet I can do more pullups than this guy.
