I agree 100%. I started lifting heavy and I could definitely see my body changing. More muscle tone. I look forward to my workouts. I do my warm-up when I get to the gym. About 5-10 min on the treadmill then I head to the weights. Ayer I do my weights, I might do 15 min of some kinda cardio. On the days I'm not in the gym I try to get some form of physical activity in. But most importantly, get your rest, that's the time when your rmuscles are growing.🍑

Really kept my interest and I learned a lot so thanks. Just joined the gym, again, and I've switched from doing only cardio to weights for toning and fat loss.

For myself, the problem with lifting heavy, is the possible damage you can do to your body particularly if you’re a beginner and don’t know the proper form/stance to take while lifting, still developing your core, how to contract your muscles while lifting to minimize damage. If lifting is done improperly, you can do a lot of damage. Better to start light and more reps at first.

I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn't know how much. Diet plan I got from *Next Level Diet* contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantast

I would say for beginners who don’t know the proper stance and form, please get a back brace or waist trainer. You do not want to hurt your back or spine, those injuries take forever to heal! Also watch videos on YouTube on proper form or ask someone at the gym. Lifting is very beneficial!

My big question is... I lift weights daily I love it. Upper not a problem. I do lower but maybe not enough??? my thighs are big as it is, and I would like to lose the upper thigh fat that's my problem area but am afraid if I start challenging myself with weights on lower more it will make em bigger??? I know you said it wouldn't but every body is different. Am so confused when it comes to this. 🤔 do I just start adding more weight on my lower until I see changes? Seems I try on lower but no progress. I lift heavy on upper and getting muscle and fat going away, so this must apply to lower as well? 🤔
