That exact podcast and episode changed my way of thinking completely. It is crazy how 70% of our grocery stores are filled with food with added sugars. I haven’t touched added sugars or any sweeteners since January 1st. Congrats on losing the weight man!

Let’s start some exercise routines together 💪🏼 it doesn’t have to be Fitness+ let’s just set a goal for something! We agree about the processed food part! Learned a lot in Europe and we came back with a new mindset!

I always find it so frustrating how much eating bad food negatively impacts my mood. And it becomes a horrible cycle because when I feel bad I’m more inclined to eat bad food which results in me feeling bad the next day… It’s hard to get out of the cycle and form better habits.

I admittedly haven't made a ton of meaningful changes to my diets, but I find within the past few years of trying to loose weight that walks are something I absolutely love doing and has honestly been the biggest source of weight loss for me. Admittedly I am on a college campus for now so I do walk a lot naturally, but just casually walking is something that seriously has been life changing.

My wife and I love splitting a plate at a restaurant cause that’s the portion size we would eat! Dinner sizes have gotten out of hand.

As someone who's been watching since the attic days, huge congrats on finding this stability in your life! The ingredients that are in the food that we're "supposed" to eat are honestly insane once you start doing even a basic amount of research. The biggest mindset shift for me personally is understanding that I'm not on a diet, I'm choosing to live my life differently than what's socially normal.

I strongly encourage you to start doing more strength training, it's like gaining a super power.

I was challenged to train to run a half marathon this year… it has prompted me to lose some weight and I’ve been counting calories and trying to eat healthier.
One of the big things for me is to get in enough protein so I don’t lose a ton of muscle mass while losing weight.

That’s awesome. I’ve been watching your videos for years already never really leave comments but that’s awesome. I have done the exact same thing this last year. I have lost about 70 pounds. I have gone on the carnivore diet because of that reason that there is so much chemicals in every single food that you buy at the grocery store, I am only sticking to meet and eggs and real butter 🧈 and also practice fasting, and that has really improved my life every time I try to eat some ice cream or some sugary stuff. I gained like 5 to 8 pounds immediately. Keep it up.

I like this video a lot, I had my own weight loss journey where I lost 70 lbs. Covid/work from home hasn’t been good to my waistline though as a lot of the healthy lifestyle changes I made now need to be altered (going to the gym immediately after work, bringing a packed lunch to work). I’ve started logging calories again and although I haven’t stopped working out my intensity/frequency definitely has decreased

Awesome video! Really proud of you drew! I have found eating whole foods and cutting out processed goods has helped me A LOT and made me feel much better. Also, getting the right amount of sleep has helped me out so much

I love your mindset! I often see people around me trying to lose weight, but being too harsh and hating how they look and obsess about eating less or differently
