Thumb over the bar is one of the first things you should learn, the only time getting shouted at by a drill sergeant actually improved my form

I have never had a problem with grip and I always hold it in my finger but I do a lot of pulls but my grip does get close to failing tell about the 25 rep and I can dead hang for close to 2:30 minutes

Just you man, I watched this video like 3 months ago helped me like 100% bro still sometimes do them on fingerswhen doing em on doorframes gotta do em otherwise bro best pull up advise ever I tought a guy who could do 4 did 10 in like a week or 2 he was super impressed but I gotta thank you, Thank you bro

others say avoid that grip to avoid blisters. I usually do false grip and my hands are fucked up.

The only issue i have is the grip strength, I know my biceps and back can go more but grip always destroys everything. 😢
