Chin ups in B tier man is smoking crack, I understand this is about hypertrophy but the added benefits that chin ups/pull ups give you besides muscle growth are enough to have it as an S tier lift

is the palm facing grip the ''neutral'' grip? i have a lot of questions, i struggle to do ''normal'' width pull up, like max i can do 5 only, and not even in a row. but this palm facing grip i can easily do many, i never measured but one time i did 4 normal pull up and couldnt go anymore, then i went this narrow grip and i went 4 reps effortlessly, and i pulled myself super high chin was way above and i did slowly without using momemtum. i know this is because i can use more biceps in close grip. so can i do more close grip and make me stronger at normal pull up? at the end of 4 or 5 rep i just struggle to pull myself up in the middle i dont know where the strength can come from.
