Obviously, the fact that they don’t make a blessing isn’t the only reason it’s just one of the many many reasons, the person slaughtering has to be Jewish and observance

As Muslims, We maybe be able to eat kosher meats but all kosher things don’t necessarily mean halal as Jews can mix alcohol in processed food and that’s not considered halal

We (muslims) say بسم الله (In the Name of Allah), that is The Blessing of the blessings.

Sad how politics has caused the breakdown of the bond between jews and Muslims

I am an Orthodox Christian, but I can't agree that anything kosher is halal. Obviously I know nothing compared to Jew or Muslim, but as I know there can be kosher alcohol, which is forbidden for Muslims. Correct me if I am wrong.

We the Muslim people do say بسم الله meaning we seek the creator’s permission and ask for his blessings.

When my grandparents arrived in Europe a long time ago, halal meat was not available so they used to go to the closest big city to buy kosher meat instead. They also were happy to speak Arabic with Jewish people from North Africa as they were from North Africa as well, and some of them were from the same city.
My grandfather actually grew up in the same house as Jewish people and the Muslim and Jewish women used to cook together as they shared the kitchen. They nursed their children together and my grandfather has been breastfed by a Jewish neighbour.
I've been told that during Shabbat, it was the Muslim women who turned the lights or the fire on for them if they needed it and as it is forbidden to do it during Shabbat.

Unfortunately there are some errors.

1. Muslims do bless/pray as well before the slaughter:
The butcher invokes the name of God before the cut by saying "Bismillah" (In the name of Allah) and then "Allahu Akbar" (God is the greatest). This blessing is an essential part of the Halal slaughtering process.

2. According to Islamic dietary laws, Muslims are generally prohibited from consuming food that has been consecrated in the name of anyone other than Allah. This is based on the Quranic verse (6:121) that says: "Do not eat of what is not slaughtered in Allah’s Name. For that would certainly be ˹an act of˺ disobedience. "

So, if food has been specifically blessed or consecrated in the name of a deity or figure other than Allah it would typically not be considered Halal (permissible) for a Muslim to consume.

Not to hate or separate, just stating the facts to educate. 🤝🏽

MashaAllah thank you so much for this channel finally I see the Jewish side where it's not just hate to Muslims, but a real Jew which listens to their religious beliefs and does not give hate. You guys are the real Jews out there.

For those wondering, he doesn’t mean that we don’t make the prayer/blessing before slaughtering, he means they’re required to have a SPECIFIC blessing made, which is something that Muslims don’t do.

Not all kosher is halal, it might have wine in it, white wine vinger, rice wine vinger or maybe the Rabbi cut corners, so we usually do not eat kosher as many muslims do not eat all food said to be halal because some halal slaughter houses under pressure from govts may stun their meat or cut corners so we are careful verify it, individual case by case matter and also any restaurant that halal that sells alcohol, your meant not to eat from, as if they can be relaxed about alcohol which is a major sin then they can be relaxed about halal requirements...

We make a different blessing in the name of Allah swt

Muslims do make a blessing, but it may be different. We need to search for things that unite us as respectful followers of holy faiths. Thank you for this video, it is insightful. 🙏🏼

Love how you’re focusing on that which make us similar rather than highlight differences. ❤

First of all, I would like to tell you that, as a Muslima, I find your content very interesting because you can see the similarities between our religions ☺️We have been permitted to eat kosher based on the following verse: „This day are (all) things good and pure made lawful unto you. The food of the People of the Book is lawful unto you and yours is lawful unto them.“ (surah 5, vers 5) we are allowed to eat food from the people of the book. We Muslims consider Jews as people of the book (thorat), so we are allowed so eat kosher food. But of course it is better to eat food as a Muslim that has been classified as halal because we also say certain prayers when we slaughter an animal. We say: „In the name of Allah, and Allah is greater. Oh Allah, this is from you and for you. This is in my name.” May God bless you all. As you said, we are all humans! ❤️❤️❤️
