Dropped 50 plus pounds so far using your program. I went from a type 2, 260lb dying man to much more healthy. I will hit my goal of 190 end of Sept and appreciate everything you do.

Exactly! As i nutricionist, i can say: your results its about "what, when end how you eat" . End, if we all start really to read the packages before buying it, we probably will start to cook much more😬

I’ve been tracking and weighing my food for 2 months and ive made great progress.

One of the things ive learned was to be careful and plan everything I ate that day and the next.

The important lesson I got from doing this was that it is VERY easy to go over your calorie deficit levels into over eating territory. Especially if you have a dedicated cheat day. One cheat day with no limits will entirely wipe the deficit you’ve built up over the week.

Even your cheat day will need rules.

Absolutely right! Look at the nutrition info, the things that I look at carbs, fat and protein. Learn to snack responsibly. If I’m craving something crunchy and salty I have a bag of pork rinds 0carbs 60 grams protein. If I crave something sweet I’ll have a slice of fruit. If I crave something sweet&salty I’ll wrap a slice of prosciutto around a slice of honeydew Mellon

I just started being on a calorie deficit program and my stomach has shrunk dramatically in a week. I downloaded a app and yes even tho it’s time consuming putting everything I am eating it’s all worth it

If I fit things into my calendar deficit, I still lose weight. Sure I try to eat as healthy as I can but if I can fit the icecream or buldak noodles into my cals I will lol

Carbs aren’t bad for you bro they give you energy and the sugar would be canceled out by the fiber in the fruit but I don’t even like dried fruit

I swear. I think nuts are my set backs. I love them and they seem to be DENSE in calories though theu are small 😢 I intermittent fast and eat mainly protein and fats but still see MINIMAL weight loss.

I have a brother that eats McDonalds 4 times a week and got ripped. Please explain that too me? And he’s not the only one I have friends as well even Chad Ochocinco swears by McDonald’s so something here is wrong.

I actually do eat nuts for the protein, healthy fats and extra calories otherwise my calories intake is too low.

Wait a minute so your saying the carbs are like the matter of a product but the other ingredients are what are in that carbs like the sugar part😮😮😮 i thought this is all a combination not the sustance on those carbs.. omg 🤯
