Yeah I've followed that rule for a while. Depressive thoughts show up and i know they're nonsense because its past 9. Just means i need to go to bed

The decisions I have made after 10 pm haunts me 😮‍💨 and I have always regretted it the next morning 😭 so sleep as early as possible.

Was hurt with the guy i never dated we were in talking stage. I followed this rule of afterv9 pm just shutting my phone and fucking sleep! I am litrally in a better phase rn cause i litrally made this habit of talking to him. But now he's just a normal guy to yayyyy!!! (Okay he was also that narcisiscit typea guy which i genuinely wanted to stop thinking forrr)

WOW OH MY GOSH. This makes SO MUCH more sense I for some reason am a night owl I hate it I want to be a morning person but every time I get into a good schedule I can't fall asleep early enough anyway I deal with a lot of loneliness, abandonment, and being ignored issues and I get TRIGGERED when I see a good father daughter or romantic relationship. Weather that's real life or in movies/tv shows. I start to think about all the people who've left me, ignored me, or rejected me. And I have a AWFUL habit of blaming it on my weight STILL I've dropped 30 pounds and live a healthy lifestyle 24/7 and yet I still hate my reflection and I still believe it's why people don't care about me. But point being because of this as well as some other things, I've struggled with self harm...and two failed attempts at kicking the bucket. I still think about it often. I want to be unalive. Anyway, but I've learned and you've just verified that it's ten times worse in my mind at night and if I can sleep..that would be the best course of action.
