Just ran through a hard shoulder workout with my friend last night. I have been dealing with right shoulder issues so I did very similar tests and warm-ups to clear my issues. Did testing with him and he was blown away by how weak his left was compared to his right. For some reason, I was really struggling with machine high rows, but after the warm-ups, I was able to do a full working set again. Your channel has made a huge difference in health and training, and I recommend it to everyone.

People forget how important it is to train rotator cuffs, as soon as I started regularly training them is when I started getting quick results, you’d be surprised how strong your shoulders can get and how quick they recover once you train your rotator cuffs

Banded Ws are killer. After watching a video of yours I added them to my warmup and cooldown and have reduced shoulder pain by 85-90%. Wonderful.

I LOVE that your recent videos have focused more on shoulders vs. lower half of the body. Feels like your last 3 videos were made just for me. I bought some stretch and looped bands today. I also really love the bone/muscle illustrations you've been adding. They really help to visualize what needs to be done which gives me more confidence to try them at home.

Legit the banded external hold fixed ALL my rotator cuff pains and fixed my military press, bench press and lateral raises. Literally all upper body exercises are now open to me. I had consistent sharp pain in the rotator cuff before finding this channel. You're a life saver!

I do all of these movements, before pressing; specifically flat bench and SOHP. Mobility = life!
