I’ve been taking cold baths everyday for months now and I can’t put into words how much It’s done for my life and mental clarity! As one who suffers from depression and anxiety I can honestly say Wim’s Method has surpassed what any medications have done for me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I was going to say something negative, like, "I'm old and I can't do this." THEN, I read the comments. ~ I used to do cold baths, and I loved it. It became inconvenient, then I kept getting older and crankier, and I kind of let life get away from me. Thanks everybody for reminding me that we can change, and that life IS worth living.

Thank you Wim and team. With your methods as well as nutritional supplements I have found all my prescriptions redundant. It’s now over one year and I’m no longer needing adhd stimulants, antidepressants and anti anxiety drugs. I’m on 7. day of my praxis. Cold showers succeeded to 2 minutes. Refreshing! Breathing sessions in the morning, 4 times, 2, 30 minutes breath holding felt okay. Started with deep inhalation, but my throat tingled and I sneezed. Started again more relaxed. Today while relaxing in and out breathing, an outbreak of tears came over me and after finishing an outburst. I watched this movie of entering cold waters and laughed and cried the same time. I definitely need my cold shower now :)
Thank you Will! I’m nearly 60 and I’m surely improving my consciousness, health, my table tennis and also will give me strength to help my dying mum.

You are, amazing man, come to my countrey in Bulgaria, the winter time is nice, we will bathe in the sea, we do not have very high mountains, but the places are beautiful, we will go hiking with guitars on our backs and we will improvise songs on the go.I have been using your method for more than a year and it has changed my life, thank you Wim Hoff.

I normally don't comment about my life.. But I need to mention that since I struggled with an anxiety disorder over a year now, with daily panic attacks and sleeping problems. It's now since one month without any panic attack since I began the breathing technique. I still can't figure out why... I mean I meditated over a year every day, I red many philosophy books, did therapy with auto suggestions and muscle relaxation, sport almost every day and ate healthy.. But the week I started the breathing technique.. It.. It just stopped... Like 1 year with thoughts about going mental and having seizures at night.. to, yeah.. Just inner balance.

I never had an idol in my life! But Wim will now be part of my heart and life forever.
