When I wake up in the morning. I huff all the cortisol that’s been built up in my lungs while I was sleeping out. I know I carry excess cortisol. I do this almost daily. On the days when I don’t. I can never achieve flow during my day. I give credit to Wim Hoff for my coming up with this morning routine.Much love

If you don’t have time to take 30 breaths and hold, 6 deep, intentional breaths will reset your mind and only takes about a minute. That being said, wim’s breathing method is phenomenal and should be done every day if possible
