So far, I'm having a lot of fun with your workouts! Been doing them everyday when I can and yeah, the results of doing so were reflected by in my lab work. A1C was moved to 6.7 but I was told that the perfect numbers to be in are 6 and 5. Anything above 6 or below 5 is really bad. So, I'm happy with that. Everything else except for the bad cholesterol was looking good (It did lower some but not by much), the Doc figures it is genetics and is going to put me on a med just for protection. She even noticed how I dropped some weight before too.

Going to be getting help with asthma but she said it sounds like it's improving. Also, I am proud to say that I can officially have the full 50 carbs per meal! So, I hit my goal for that but still going to focus on my health. My mental state still needs soo much work but right now I'm taking strides in improving that too!

Still gonna kick my Type 1 in the butt and show it who's the boss around here! >: )

Workout #2: Loved the moves and the glute lifts at the end yes... My first workout was the workout posted today on BurpeeGirl Short Workouts channel which was cardio moves and some squats for lower body plus core... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 420 calories... Cant wait for tomorrow 💪
