Inability to pay has never been, and never will be, a legal defense. Educate your kids on the laws of the land before they go play adult. I hope this was a real learning experience for both of them and that they're doing better now.

I still don't have cable, I'm not paying x amount for only a few channels. Plaintiff didn't have to have cable, that's not a priority. Electric, yes that's a definite need! The defendant needs to grow up mentally, if you can't afford power, then how the h3// can you afford a child!??

judge was on it on this. why are women so willing to have babies by dudes they have no intention on marrying? then this defendant thinks that being pregnant is a get out of life card. well...marry before you carry.
