1. No fancy movement
2. Lifting too light/ too heavy weight
3. Incorrect breathing -when weight goes against the gravity - breathe out
4. Work out in hot environments
5. There is no only exercise for weight loss for eg cardio . Strength training should be done.
6. No planning- keep changing workout schedule. Break the plateau. After 4-6 weeks.

Sir maine naya naya gym join kiya h weight loss karne ke liye( right now my height id 5''10.5' and weight is 90kg) Abhi bas 1 week hua h join kiye par kuch samajh hi nhi aata ki kya kya exercise or cardio karni h. General trainers se pucho toh vo bas sidha personal training ke liye manane lag jaate h par abhi mera budget personal training afford nhi kar sakta h (because I am college 1 year student)
Toh please aap hum hese logo ke liye ek basic workout plan (weight loss) ki video bana do
Kyuki YouTube pe esa koi bhi ek youtuber nhi h jisne ache se kuch samjhaya ho iss baare mai.
Sir aapko dekh ke motivation aaya tha gym jaane ka par ab pura confusion hu ki kab kese or kya kya exercise karni h😔
