I like how you did this ! I stopped seeking validation from my boss along time ago. When I asked for improvements and areas that needed to be worked on, he was very vague. I realize he doesn’t care. Then i aid to myself, why am I seeking validation? I know I’m doing good . I know what o need to do and work on. Nah she’s chasing fake validation.. women want lies no matter how bad the situation or she is. They want pure validation/attention and good emotions 24/7 and can’t stand being rejected but they think they can dish it out but not take it
