My license was taken with 0 points on my license, no tickets written, no charges filed, nothing!
I have been trying for years to get it back.
Even the lady a SOS told me what was done to me was illegal, but I can't get any help, and everyone in the court system treats me like a criminal.

Hey Aaron. I had a long list of traffic violations that I had paid off and went to court on some of the tickets which some were threw out or turned into lesser tickets. No DUIs or nothing like that, just no proof of insurance, suspended license, improper plates, etc. I end up paying 7800 in total costs and was told that I couldn’t get a license for 2 years. Is there any way that can be overturned where I could at least get a restricted drivers license where I could take my kids to school and go to work while driving legally. I absolutely have to drive! No way around it.

How likely is it to win a hearing if you have never attended AA meetings? My license was revoked for 2 OWI's spaced apart by 3 years. I've been "eligible" for a hearing since last June.

I have another question if you don't mind me asking. Does the longer you wait for a hearing increase your chances of approval at these appeals? Next month will be two years that I've been revoked. I honestly don't drink anymore, but just don't attend any support groups. I often wonder will I ever have a license again.

I'm curious, what is the exact charge if you get caught operating a moped if your license is revoked? I mean simply caught being SOBER of course!

I was 3 dui in. A 10 yr period, 20yrs revoked. Boria restored it.

I need you now more then ever. Lost my license in 2005 dui 2 of them. No driving for 5 years get it back restricted with blow n go. Then one day my new puppy locked me out my truck I couldn't get it to blow in the machine nobody would believe that, so I call the cops have a cop rite a report to prove my innocence they still say fuck you we don't care and take it away from me. So here I am 13 years later can't drive still I've talked with several lawyers they all say there's no reason I shouldn't have my license back even Ken the guy who evaluates me says the same thing, they all say discrimination (she's black I'm white) which I HOPE is not the case. But now I've gotten driving on suspended that's all got dropped to failure to show id which is great. PLEASE HELP
