This is nothing short of evil. They are punishing her for not wanting to be a punching bag. I'm sick to my stomach over this for her.

I wonder if there's any way to get this story on the news in her local area in order to put pressure on the local family court to actually take this case seriously for the atrocity that it truly is.

This is why my mother stayed with my father during his depression and alcoholism. When he physically beat her half to death the church said she must stay with him, or she will be shunned and disciplined, because splitting up or a divorce is an unforgivable sin, so therefore, my poor mother stayed in bondage of abuse.

I live in a very densely Amish populated area in Indiana. Unfortunately, a lot of the Amish women are seen as items and housekeepers only. There is also a lot of sexual abuse that happens as well that just gets swept under the rug.
