i love the active recovery tip it makes so much sense yet I never thought about it! I've incorporated some of your workouts to my daily gym routine for a couple months and have loved the results. I will now incorporate recovery days thanks!!!

Hey Brett, I do a ton of ab work, and the definition is just starting to peep through, people keep telling me to do more cardio and cut back calories for the definition to show but I'm already very slim and don't want to lose weight. help?

From personal experience Gatorade nor powerade really helped with hydration or my electrolyte intake. They both just made me feel bloated. I noticed that taking BCAA's def. made a huge difference in performance and hydration. Loaded with electrolytes as well. Gave me energy to lift after my cardio or vice versa. Great videos man keep it up!

Hi Brett, I have an old knee injury and when it starts to get to the colder seasons it is harder for me to work out. When running I am unable to run as hard and long, lunges and squats hurt etc. What do you think I should do?

Love your videos Brett! All are very informative and answer questions I think a lot of people have :). I usually do the elliptical for 30-40 minutes then go do my weight routine, then walk on the treadmill for about 5-10 minutes just for a cool down :) and I also stretch before and after ;).  Thanks again for all your helpful tips and workouts!
