Hi wonderful people!

Knees can wear out over time from sports, movement, mis alignment and more. It is important to build the muscles around the knees for their best function and mobility and for prevention of injury.

To do this you need to strengthen and stretch the surrounding muscles.

This video will show you how to do this with some basic exercises that are low impact and require no equipment. These knee strength exercises will also help build a strong foundation for any lower body and leg work that you do.

Please see your doctor or physio for specific exercises for your condition and to ensure this is suitable for you:-)

Just finished this one plus the 30 min cardio workout. Had a crazy day and this was just the right amount of workout for me. Love all the videos!

Easy, effective, proper explanation for every exercise in calm voice.
Please provide more leg strengthening (hams, glute, quad) exercise with bands also.

Hi Vanessa, I’ve returned to this video as my left knee started to play up, never had this before. I still think it’s along the lines of tendons (inside/back and lower front) and not the actual joint, but I have to sort it out to be ok for a forthcoming trip where I have to walk well. I continue to carefully sit on my heels (which never was a problem) but now that stretch is borderline. Do you recommend any other exercise videos? Best wishes, Susann
