Whatever kind of diet one chooses, whether it be vegan, keto or carnivore, it will take time to overcome sugar completely. So the key is to stick with it and have your bouts with sugar. Trying to fight it will only lead to binging on it. Give in to a sugar crave if it’s strong enough and don’t worry and beat yourself up about it. You know that it’s wrong, but the point is to understand that it takes time and be okay with it.

Bcuz after all, sugar and carbs are the first food most people feed their infants after mother’s milk or formula stage. And then babies growing up on processed juices, candy, and what not. So we grew up with sugar in our system. That can’t go away just like that. So weening off takes time, and in the meantime, our feelings have to be factored into our meals. Bcuz it’s a natural law to feel good as much as one can.

Which means, that something unhealthy is better for you if eating it makes you feel happy then something healthy if you do not feel happiness when eating it. It takes time bcuz our feelings can’t be sacrificed all the time for what we know or believe is best. Bcuz the universe is more concerned with feelings than anything else. So be gentle on yourself with weening off unhealthy foods until you gradually reform more into never eating it.

Excellent presentation. But it was a tad odd to watch all the history you gave us, then hearing mention of ayahuasca as the way you got off sugar, not too practical for a lot of peeps. The fact is that too many people are still very apprehensive of very powerful, psychoactive substances, for the experience of aya is no joke.

That’s not the case with me. I did ayahuasca once, and I had a blast. I didn’t get any long term or short term healing benefit from it, and it was in a shamanic gathering setting, so this was not something that I did as the lone nut job that I usually am. But it was so fun and the golden light I experienced was wonderful!

I’m aware that psilocybin mushrooms are being studied for anti-addictive, effects, but I did not know about ayahuasca also anti-addictive as well.

Hi my name is Rosie and I went to the doctor and they told me that I had sugar in my urine I need to detox my body I need to get ahold do what I can to get ahold to to get sugar out of my body and to have a body again
