I agree with something you said that is the key to everything : doing the thing creates momentum and the motivation follows the action. That's why so many of us struggle to stay on top of our fitness. Because we are waiting for inspiration. But the only thing that will create the desire and the habit is doing it. I feel like Im "on a roll" when I work out. Like I want to do it. But I fa's off and struggle to make it a super solid habit. But I belive 100% in: do the thing=the motivation and rewarded feeling comes.

I always have trouble with workout motivation! Love seeing these types of videos bc it shows that results take commitment and sometimes everyone struggles w that. But it’s worth it!
