I am on my feet 14 hours a day and I have safety shoes on so that’s not fun. The last five months I’ve developed this problem above my knees. I’ve done these exercises the first time tonight and you sure made me feel better. I will try to do an evening. thank you so much!!

Hello Imi. I've been doing many of your exercises and I feel great and more relaxed, and I love all the floor exercises but they cause me toe cramps while doing them. I need your help.
