I’m so thankful for coming across your channel ❤ my mom is a breast cancer survivor and has lymphedema in her arm where they removed lymph nodes… it’s so swollen all the time she uses her machine which compresses with air. I’m sure your familiar with it… I’m going to go watch the massage video now.. it seems to help my mom the best when I massage

Very helpful, thank you. I had an SMX in August 2023, with the removal of one sentinel node, but my left arm is now starting to display Stage 1 lymphodema symptoms 😢 ~ Mandy

Hi, I have been following your lovely videos, thank you. I have lymphoedema in my left arm after all nodes removed during breast cancer surgery. I have a sleeve . Finding it a bit difficult to control swelling. I found an exercise product called Shake Weight. It does feel rather heavy . Do you think this would help ? I don’t want to do the wrong thing and make it worse. Greeting from Scotland .

Thanks for your brilliant videos! Do you have any advice on treating the elbow area? My lymphedema has been flaring up just around the elbow of my affected arm and the forearm close to the elbow. It’s been months and my elbow is more rounded than before and I can’t seem to unblock it. Any guidance would be truly appreciated 💕

I noticed my arm feeling awkward when I woke up and now 3.5 hours later it's gone. All I did was drink a litre of water, eat a little bit of rice with some chicken and lettuce. Do EZ bar curls for 3 sets, use 3 hand grips and wave my arm like a teacher's pet for about an hour.

I went to hospital and had the IV stuck in my arm. When I went home, my arm started to hurt tremendously. I felt the muscle bulk in my right arm shrinking. These IV's in hospitals can do serious damage.

It all sounds helpful for people who have edema for those reasons, but it doesn't sound like the edema that I have. I get edema in my arms, hands, legs, feet that migrates around my body -- not all places are swollen at the same time. No cancer, no obesity (12% body fat), and body scan says my arms and legs are especially devoid of fat. It actually seems to happen more after I've used them (for example carrying weight during the day or exercising). So it doesn't seem like exercise is the solution either. I'll keep looking for what this could be caused by, but so far whenever I go to a new doctor to investigate it, we never figure it out. Oh well.
